Obtaining a qualification in Human Resources is a meaningful and exciting career move. If you are seeking to develop practical human resource skills then this is the course for you! Upon completion of this qualification you will have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of human resources to further your career, or even start a new one in this field.
Throughout your training you will develop knowledge of organising meetings, how to promote innovation in teams, and how to establish effective workplace relationships with subordinates and colleagues, as well as other key functions. The course has been specifically designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to work successfully in a human resource capacity, or for those required to use HR functions, such as frontline managers, human resource trainers, recruiters, and many other roles across a broad range of industries. Practical Work ExperienceThis qualification requires students to undertake 2 weeks (80 hours) of supervised practical experience within a workplace such as an office or small business so that your skills and knowledge can be observed. Assessment and supportive evidence is done through assessment tasks in your work book, as well as observation and workplace tasks. ATP will assist you with finding a workplace so that you are able to undertake these assessments. Gain employment while you studyWe also offer a free service to all of our students for job placement as we consistently have requests from employers for prospective staff. This allows you to gain “paid employment” whilst training if you wish to take this opportunity. Employers always look more favorably on candidates who have proof of their abilities, skills and knowledge. All training courses include comprehensive learning materials, assessment tasks, ongoing support with professional staff and certification on successful completion. Course Pre-requisitesEnglish language and literacy requirements are necessary which include communications, interpersonal skills and the ability to write a range of documentation. Candidates must also be able to apply technology such as basic computer skills: produce documents, have access to a computer and research and analyse information on-line.
