This experiential workshop is designed for anyone desiring to improve their ability to plan and prepare more effective tender submissions.
Participants will learn how to apply critical planning steps to prepare applications and structure the submission so that it complies with all the funding body guidelines and constraints.
The program will focus on a wide range of practical, immediately useable, techniques applicable to today’s challenging funding environment.

You will learn how to:
- apply critical planning steps in the competitive tendering process
- locate sources of funding
- involve others to gather information about current and future funding
- define a funding body and understand how and why they operate
- identify the core questions funding bodies require to be answered
- know what to check for in a tender brief / funding guidelines document
- develop and structure your idea for funding to ensure it fits the requirements
- organise your idea into a logical sequence, ensuring the proposal outline it is clear, concise, accurate and complete
- produce an appropriate budget for your application
- best to proof read and check your proposal
- use a final checklist to confirm all the tender brief / guideline requirements have been addressed
