Australian Training Professionals has the pleasure of announcing that we are now able to issue you with the NEW qualification in Training & Assessment (TAE40110).

If you hold the superseded TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification and you’re currently working within the VET industry (or have been within the last 2 years) then upgrading to the new TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an easy and inexpensive process.

Our aim is to make the process as simple as possible for you and at the same time comply with the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) requirements.

All you are required to do is provide the following evidence:

• Certified copy of your TAA40104 qualification outlining the units you obtained;
• A letter from an employer/supervisor confirming your skills are current and that you demonstrate the following in your workplace;
• Prepares and facilitates work based learning (including the development of work-based learning pathways), that includes; identifying needs for learning; analysing work practices, work environment and work activities;
• Organises and allocates work in a way that reflects the learning needs and which provides effective learning opportunities;
• Prepares and facilitates group based learning to a range of learners;
• The training you deliver meets the needs of different groups;
• Identifies and responds to diversity and individual needs of each learner and/or person being assessed; 
• Ensures a safe learning environment by identifying and addressing OHS and industrial relations implications of using work as the basis for learning;
• Conducts assessments in the workplace (based on units of competency) and has participated in validation sessions with other trainers/assessors;
• OHS relating the work role, including hazards relating to the industry and specific workplace as well as reporting requirements for hazards and incidents.

Please provide a small portfolio of evidence to support the above along with a letter from your employer.
